General Commission Process:★ To increase your chances of being picked and receiving a commission that leaves you at maximum satisfaction at the end, please provide as much detail as possible about your commission proposal, starting with what type of commission you’re after, what extras you’d like to add on (if any), and any bits of significant detail you feel will very much affect how the final product will be defined. This includes any desired poses, attire, expressions, and more. Of course, with all of this, provide as much reference as possible! The more you give me, the better I can understand where you’re coming from, and thus, the more personally-tailored of a product I can make for you (within reason). Reference art pieces, reference sheets, mood boards, and any other visual reference you can muster is greatly appreciated!★ Congratulations on being picked! If I have chosen to accept your commission request, we will then have some conversation and discussion about your idea proposal. Once we both feel settled, we can move on to actualising this commission!★ A deposit consisting of 20% of the final cost of the commission is required as a down payment before any work commences. Once this payment is received, I will begin working on the preliminary sketches based on what you’ve provided and our previous discussion.★ Sketch time! Keep your eyes peeled for an update from me regarding the initial sketch of the commission. The minimum time it will take to send you this initial sketch will depend on the commission variant you’ve selected.★ Upon receiving the initial sketch work, you will now have an opportunity to request any changes for free before we proceed to the full commission being worked on. If any changes are requested, I will then proceed to make a new sketch based on said changes. I will do up to 3 phases of changes with the sketches, so make your change requests count. Any major changes after this may incur extra charges.★ Once you’re satisfied with the projected vision, I will move onto working on the full piece for you. This will require you to pay the remaining 80% of the total cost of the commission. Any extra changes you request from this point onwards will incur an extra fee.★ The time it will take me to complete the commission will vary based on the type of commission selected, complexity, and workload. At minimum expect a simple commission to take at least 7-business days to complete. If any issues arise, rest assured that you will be informed immediately. If you have a specific deadline in mind, this can potentially be accommodated depending on the scenario, provided this is discussed in advance.

Extra Payment Details:★ Payments are accepted through PayPal.★ If you’re getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.Refunds:★ Refunds can NOT be made for the artwork once I have started working on it.★ If you’re getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.



Copyright and Usage of the CommissionI (the artist):★ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.★ I retain full copyright over the artwork★ I can post the commission on sites, use it in banners, as well as any other means of self-promotion.You (the customer):★ You may approach me to request a possible commission idea featuring my OCs, as I'm open to the idea of this. However, my acceptance of these ideas will be on a case-by-case basis.★ You cannot trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own, nor can you remove the watermark.★ You may use the artwork for non-commercial personal use, such as using it as a wallpaper/avatar/online icon/etc. AS LONG AS credit is given.★ You agree to use it exclusively for personal non-profit use. You can NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, merchandise, etc). For any potential commercial use, you must have written agreement from me, as well as pay a licensing fee.
